Who processes your data: MENORA LOGISTICS COMPANY LLC ("we") is the controller of the personal data you leave on this site. We process it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
What we collect: Your name, phone number or email address, and the shipment details you enter in the "Transport quote request" and "Request a call" forms: cargo type, volume, departure and destination stations, preferred dates and comments.
Why: To respond to your request, prepare a commercial offer, contact you using the details provided and continue correspondence about the shipment. We do not use this data for mailings without your separate consent.
Legal basis: Your consent, given when you submit a form, and steps taken at your request to prepare and perform a contract.
Analytics and cookies: With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics. No analytics cookies are set before you consent. To change your choice, clear your browser cookies and the banner will appear again. Strictly necessary data (such as your cookie choice) is stored in your browser.
Who receives the data: Requests reach our team through technical services: Google Firebase hosting and the channel we receive requests in (a messenger or email). These services process the data only to deliver the message. It is not shared with other third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it: No longer than needed to process the request and for any further cooperation, or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires a longer period.
Your rights: You can ask which of your data we process, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent or object to processing by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Data security: The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only staff who handle requests have access to them.
Changes: We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
